Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange and return are made within 14 days from the date the shipment arrives to you.


It is required:

The product must be in its original condition and has not been used, with all labels attached to it intact and undamaged, and must be wrapped in the original packaging.

The Game Technology World store has the right to refuse any exchange or return if the product has been opened and used.

Products that cannot be exchanged or returned (store cards, stickers, and the like).

The customer bears the shipping costs in the case of exchange and return, which are estimated at 29 riyals.

If the order is shipped and the customer withdraws from accepting the order, the customer has the right to get the full amount back, excluding shipping and packaging fees. The estimate is between 20-30 Saudi riyals, after refusing to receive the order from the shipping company until we receive a logo from the shipping company and the product reaches us. In addition, payment gateway fees, estimated at 1.5% for Mada transactions and 2.25% for Visa and MasterCard transactions, are deducted from the total transaction amount.

If the product arrives to the customer damaged or appears to have manufacturing defects, please notify us within a maximum period of 24 hours, and you can return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that it is in the same condition in which you received it with the original box intact and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it, and if the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will replace the product. If the product or an alternative is not available, we will return the value of the product paid, along with any shipping fees paid, within one week from the date of your request to return the product.

The customer bears the return or exchange shipping fees, and the World of Games Technology store does not bear the shipping cost unless the product is unhealthy or broken, then the shipping cost will be borne by the store and any other fees.



 Exchange and return policy for collections



It is required:

1. It is prohibited to return the computer for any reason, and the defective parts are replaced by the agent. The World of Games Technology store acts as an intermediary in the process and does not bear any problems related to the delay in the process of replacing the defective part.


2. Based on the instructions of the Ministry of Commerce, all parts are subject to warranty in accordance with the applicable rules and principles.


3. The warranty is for manufacturing defects only and does not cover other defects such as breakage or damage resulting from misuse.


4. The warranty is considered void if the product is used incorrectly, such as overclocking the processor or graphics card, raising the temperature, or downloading programs that may have a negative impact on the product.


5. The warranty does not apply to parts that are included with the assemblies as a gift.


6. The installation period is from two to five days, with the exception of some times when there are campaigns or official holidays, such as holidays and other occasions.


7. The customer cannot cancel the order after delivering it to the shipping company.


8. If the customer decides to cancel the order and the PC has been assembled and installed, the customer will bear the installation cost estimated at 200 riyals, in addition to other costs related to opening the product packaging, which amount to 800 riyals. This is due to the resulting damage to the store related to reselling the product.


9. If a problem appears with the device, you must report the problem within a maximum period of 24 hours from receiving the product.


10. When reporting a problem with the device or a part of the device, please keep the invoice and send it to the technical support employee.


11. The gaming technology world will examine any piece before sending it to the agent to ensure that the problem is the result of a manufacturing error and not misuse or the like.


12. Any attempt to service the product at any maintenance center not authorized by the agent voids the warranty on the product, and we, the Game Technology World Store, are not responsible for any error resulting from this item.


13. In the event of a malfunction in one of the parts, only the malfunctioned part will be sent, not the entire assembly. It must be well packaged, and the customer will bear any damage resulting from poor shipping of the product to the store.


14. In the event that you do not have experience that enables you to identify the part that causes the problem and damage to the device, the device will be sent, and the Game Technology World store is not responsible for poor packaging or damage to the device due to shipping, and the customer’s reference is the shipping company.


15. If the problem appears after using it for more than 14 days, the customer will bear the entire shipping cost, which is estimated at approximately 60 riyals.


16. If the serial number is removed or tampered with, the customer will bear the cost of this error, and we, as the Game Technology World store, are not responsible for that.


17. If the customer changes or upgrades the Windows included with the device, we cannot send an alternative Windows code, and the customer bears the cost of this process.


18. The warranty does not include the gifts included with the collection.
